i want to block a user from my network according to his MAC !

hello..
i am using ISA Server 2000.. in windows 2000 server
can i give the access to the internet according to user MAC address ?
or can i block computer from my network ..  ?

You can't block outgoing traffic by MAC address in ISA 2000.  You can create a client set (if the IP is static) and a protocol rule that blocks all IP traffic (make sure the client is SecureNAT).  If it is a firewall client, you will need to restrict access based on domain\user.
