update table data in 2 columns that's binary datatype based on comparison data from 2nd table that in char datatype
i have a two tables i'm using matching critiera from jursidictionid, licensetype, licensenumber, between the two table
to update 2 columns in table one. the two column to be updated are binary datatype and are updated based on
matching comparison between table 1 and 2 where the 2 columns are updated based on results from data in
table 2 which is char datatype. in table 2 the results are listed as y or n for each column, in the table to be updated
the same data is listed as 0x01 = y and 0x00 = n.
