a good x86 Assembler

i have some querys
1) were can i find a guide to telephone API that is TAPI32.dll?
2) were can i download a good x86 Assembler?
3)  i am using red hat linux version 9. my login screen is graphical , but recently the font size on the screen has reduced to an unreadable one. how can i correct it?

the last point, try setting your resolution to a lower value. Or change the conf files to use a bigger font size. reconfigure your X
