Initial Image

I know this is weird...but what I want to do is creating an image without any how can I do so?

I tried this "Image tmpImage = new Image();" which was not working...any idea how can I do this?

    Image i = component.createImage(width, height);

    or create BufferedImage

    BufferedImage bi = new BufferedImage(width, heigth, type);
