Rightclick the Tiff file and choose open with, then select the program you want to open tiff files with.

You can have this program create file associations for all you graphic files. It even plays audio and video!

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

He could also select open with as suggested and make sure he ticks the little box that says always open this file type using this program...to set the association I mean...but I'd try opening it first, if it works close it and then -re-open it with the association checkbox checked.
