When we open TIFF file it opens a blank page
When we open a TIFF file it opens a blank page - in Win 2000 pro it used to do this then we tried to associte that TIFF ext. to IMAGING which was in ACCESSORIES. but now when I try to open TIFF file in windows XP it open a blank page in Microsoft Office Document Imaging and I tried to open it in IMAGING which used to be in ACCESSORIES in Previous Windows operating systems its not there now. so what should I do. Please help.
Rightclick the Tiff file and choose open with, then select the program you want to open tiff files with.

He could also select open with as suggested and make sure he ticks the little box that says always open this file type using this program...to set the association I mean...but I'd try opening it first, if it works close it and then -re-open it with the association checkbox checked.
