"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi phillll
hopefully this will help

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/171679

It describes how to setup message rules so you should be able to do something like
if message is from Joe Bloggs
put message in this folder etc

Hope this helps

Michael

geat, thanks a million.... can i just ask you how you found the solution to my question.

I searched the microdoft site as well and did not find it.

Did you search ms.com or did you already know of this link, and if so what search string did you use.

Just curious.... thanks again

Hi Phil,
to be honest I have a link bookmarked

http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1&spid=914

This will allow me to search the Office support, but if is click on 'Specify a product or version'
I can then select Outlook or any other MS product. I then typed 'message rule' as my search

PS Could you close the question by clicking the accept button beside my solution (always glad of the points :)  )
