I have a windows 2000 domain, with group policies in place.  I have pretty much everything locked down as I like except one thing.  Is there any way of removing or making unavailable all of the standard microsoft games without manually removing them from all 300 pc's?

you can specifically ban certain EXE's running using the tips shown here:

basically, you turn on the Ban option with one key,
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Policies\Explorer
add a new value named DisallowRun and set it to a value of 1 to allow specific banning.

then ban specific EXE's with subsequent keys under
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Policies\Explorer\DisallowRun
