"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi  kuhajeya

At least in my opinion when you get to the point of being an intermediate - to - advanced programmer what you have to decide now is which topic to explore first.

I think that begginers books involve all aspects of the language. When you get to the point you're describing you should inmerse yourself in a particular topic and research on it the most you can.

Some topics can be

* Access to Databases
* Web and Windows forms
* Remoting
* Code-Generation

Hope this helps

I just took a certification class and the instructure said that Professional C# from WORX is a good book once you have a grasp of the language.

I personaly have not read this book yet, but I just thougth  I shoudl mention that one.

i just took my certs and 3 books i found most useful were:

Inside C#
Programming C# - oreilly

C# in a Nutshell - oreilly.

good luck
