You cannot change from NTFS to FAT32 without using third party software such as Partition Magic.  You may have run "CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS" to convert to NTFS, but this is typically a ONE WAY conversion (without the use of the third party tools)
Hello table910 =)

You can only change a FAT32 to NTFS from comamnd.... cannot to FAT32 from NTFS!
use a third party tool, like these ones,

Download Partition Magic:
http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/

Ranish Partition Manager:
http://www.ranish.com/part/
Is there a problem you are having with NTFS?

? I would not normally reccomend switching from NTFS back to FAT32 as you will loose your ability to secure files and folders.  I presume there is a reason for this?
