syncronizing email address lists on exchange 5.5 servers on different domain

We have two domains in different countries, which we would like to sync up address lists. One of the MS Exchange servers is 5.5 and one is 2000. Any solutions will be helpful. Just can't figure out how to export and import the global contact list.

Thanks.

Do you have trust relationship between the two domains?

no trusted relationship. They are totally different entities.

I understand. You cannot contact the Address Book using Outlook. I am thinking at a trick, like using outlook express to add all addresses from Exchange to a Personal address book and then distributing this address book to users from the other domain.

Granular recovery for Microsoft Exchange

With Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange you can choose the Exchange Servers and restore points you’re interested in, and Veeam Explorer will present the contents of those mailbox stores for browsing, searching and exporting.
