We have two domains in different countries, which we would like to sync up address lists. One of the MS Exchange servers is 5.5 and one is 2000. Any solutions will be helpful. Just can't figure out how to export and import the global contact list.

I understand. You cannot contact the Address Book using Outlook. I am thinking at a trick, like using outlook express to add all addresses from Exchange to a Personal address book and then distributing this address book to users from the other domain.
