Receiving Duplicate e-mails with Outlook 2003 w/Exchange Server

One of the outlook users is receiving duplicate e-mails in their inbox.  We have over approximately 15 users and this is the only user that is getting this problem.  For example:  If I would send them an e-mail they would get the e-mail from me in their inbox twice.  They are exactly identical text/time/date etc...  This is not happening on every e-mail received but on many.  I've checked if there were possibly duplicate rules set or accounts set up but they all look fine.  I've tried also some topics that I've read here but have yet to find a solution.

After reviewing my rules more thouroughly I found that I did have a duplicates in my rules.  I was sending all my e-mail from one of my POP3 accounts to one folder but I was also filtering some e-mails from that account to other folders.  So far it looks fine.

I am still recieving duplicate e-mails.  Even after deleting all rules and rebuilding to make sure there were no duplicates.
