can someone suggest me a good gui applet builder for sun jdk...something thats free on the web...thanks

any gui builder will be ok, you don't need anything special for creating applets.
try one of the popular ides

i've tried netbeabs IDE but the drag and drop doesnt work in that...do you know of any other?...
