Is elm being maintained any more?  I've received a new Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 2.1 (Panama) box to configure, and notice that it isn't installed;  is there a place to download the source?

Hi periwinkle,
I don't think it comes with Redhat any more. The standard text mode client on RedHat now appears to be 'mutt'.

grblades -

thanks for that - is there a place to download elm, or is elm no longer being maintained?

I haven't seen it come or be available with any distribution for at least 4 years.
You can download it from http://linux.tucows.com/preview/8204.html but it looks as if it has not been updated for over 3 years.

Thanks Grblades - from the Mutt FAQ at:

http://www.fefe.de/muttfaq/faq.html#impatient

I found that Mutt is actually a descendant of elm:

"Mutt is a Mail User Agent (MUA) for Unix. It is a descendant of ELM, borrowing ideas from other MUAs, like PINE and Mush." ...

Thanks for your help!
