Making DLL files using .net framework

Hi,

Can any of you please let me know how can I create a DLL using .net framework. I have .net frame work installed on my laptop and I learnt that visual studio is not required to generate DLL files. I don't know how can I create and compile the DLL using notepas as a editor.

Thanks!

You will need to download the .NET SDK.  Inside, there are command prompts you can run.

This may be helpful as well if you aren't using Visual Studio.
