"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

google search string "site:cisco.com ios nat internal web server"

first result:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/794/827spat.html

don't worry that it is written for 827 router, one of the good things about Cisco gear is that they all run the same OS, so that you can use the same config options on the whole range of models.

Have a read, give it a go, ask furthre questions if you get stuck.
