SBS 2003 Remote Desktop Hangs..

hi there,
we got tis DEll Server with SBS 2003, all gone well for the last year, last friday we tried to remote access the server and spoooomm!!! nothing. to make things clear
1. we used the remote desktop service on a daily basis.
2. the remote server ask for the login info after the login screen all we see is a kind of blue/gray screen with the remote desktop tab on the upper screen
well, any idea???

    hi there,
    first it is nice to help the guy that took the user name I want (kulpe is my family name so now I'm kulpe+ mark = kulpem)
    well 4 u'r problem, just log in locally, stop the service and then restart it, if it does'nt help make a shudown (ohh ye) and then try this.
