You may have to connect to it from another PC and run ntrights.

Also, could you provide the exact error message you get when trying to log on?

Can you log on using any other account?

Is this a standalone PC or planning to connect to domain in future?

i want to connect that PC to domain, for that i need to log in as a administrator. So when  i try to logon as administrator it is giving the error.
i dont have other account to log in .

Can anybody please tell me what is the use of Windows 2000 resource kit , and its uses.
Where can i find this resource kit ??
Here is a link for the tools along with their descriptions.  Ntrights is included.
