Hi All,

I backed up the whole C disk to a image file and also verifed it after the image file was created.

But when I boot laptop up through the Norton CD and try a whole restore, it always give me the error:
'Error EA39070A: The internal structure of the PQI file is invalid or unsupported.'

Does anyone know what is the problem?
