Where can I find parts to fit the Toshiba Tecra 8000 case?

1- motherboard that will accept a 1.5 - 2.0 Ghz or greater CPU
1- 1.5 - 2.0 Ghz or greater CPU
1- 256 MB memory
1- Toshiba 30 GB HDD

Do I need anything else?

Is the video card removable or is it normally integrated to the motherboard?

Where would you recommend my getting the parts?

The current config works ok but is 366 Mhz CPU and 128 MB RAM

I have an external TDK CD-RW for backup purposes.

    What he said.

You might be able to upgrade the CPU to 600MHz or so, but you will be stuck with the 66MHz bus and memory. You could only swap the motherboard from the same family of machines, and that likely won't let you upgrade much more than that.

You cannot upgrade the video controller.

You should be able to add memory. See Toshiba's web site and get your manual.

You certainly can upgrade the hard drive yourself.

By the time you upgrade the hard disk, memory and maybe the CPU, you probably could have bought a newer used machine for close to the same price.
