Well apart from Word (which is included in Office 2004 Mac), Corel Draw and Act don't exist on the Mac platform - there are only alternatives. In terms of Corel you're looking at either Adobe Illustrator or Pagemaker (technically part of InDesign now), Macromedia Freehand perhaps, or Quark (this is my best guess - there may be better comparisons I'm unaware of). As for Act you're looking at something like Filemaker which is only comparable in the sense that it's a Mac database app.

So I think you'll find that in a lot of cases the programs don't exist at all, meaning you'll either have to decide you don't like Mac after all or that you're willing to learn something new.

For Word:
   MS Word: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/word2004/word2004.aspx?pid=word2004
   Nisus Writer: http://www.nisus.com/Express/

For Corel Draw, you have many options, the questions of which is best suited
   Macromedia Freehand MX: http://www.macromedia.com/software/freehand/?promoid=home_prod_fh_082403
   Stone Design's Create: http://www.stone.com/Create/Create.html

For Act:

There are certainly others, but these are some of the higher profile apps to fit your needs.
