Need - FTP Backup from Webserver & Other Files to Local Computer!!!!

I am running Windows 2003 Server and I need to backup files to my remote Windows XP Pro computer.  I the backup program needs to have a schedual for timed backup files during night hours.  If I could get this program for free it would be great but if not the cheapest program that works great.  Options are great.

Use NTBackup (included in W2K3).
It has sheduling and can backup to a directory/file.
Start -> Run -> ntbackup

I want a program that runs on my computer remotely that will automically retrieve a file's via ftp to make sure that it is backed up.
