Automated command line backup script to DLT for windows server 2003

I would like to backup 2 drives to DLT on windows server 2003.  I usually run a batch file and a scheduled task on NT4 Server but we have now migrated.

I would like to backup 2 drives and system state. I need the tapes overwritten and ignored so there is a full backup every night.

I am using the standard microsoft backup utility currently and will be going to a tape autoloader soon.  Is there any software you recommend for centralised backups.
