Problem with OWA on SBS2003 with ISA 2000

I am running sbs2003 with ISA 2000.  When I try to access OWA from outside the network, I get the message "500 Internal Server Error - certificate chain issued by an authority that is not trusted"  Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to fix this problem.  Thanks

what ssl cert provider did you get the ssl cert from ? or did you create / use a self sign ssl cert?

you can always check this:

also perhaps the updated trusted root certificate from microsoft might need updating / installed ?

I checked out the article, and while it was not the exact same thing, it gave me some ideas and also some links to other great articles.  It turned out to be a root certificate problem as you mentioned.

Thanks for the help,
