    W/O 3rd Parties ? That Would Be A Clear " NO ITS NOT POSSIBLE YET ".

    I've actually send a request for this before on SUN I just dont know on when they will include
    a good support for flash.

    Although you can use some 3rd party API's that can help. Another solution is you can
    call the flash directly by calling the .exe part if you created the standalone version
    but you can't put it on the frame.

    If the flash movies are not interactive... i.e. they are just for 'fancy' animations, then you can use 'Magic Swf2Gif' which converts your flash movies to gif and then its easy to put gif into swing...
