Making a User Controllable Design like in VB

You know how in Visual Basic you can add combo boxes, textboxes, etc. resize them, move them around, etc.  How do I let users do that in one of my C++ programs?  I want to create text files from what they design, and load text files that have been saved from my program that auto-arange the form and have it fully editable.

I am not sure about your exact requirements. Do you want to handle your controls at design time or at runtime?
If first, Visual C++ has full dialog design capabilities as Visual Basic.

Oh, I see. This is not a trivial task, and there is not a ready-made solution.
You will have to learn some concepts about dinamic dialog/control creation. Have a look to these articles:
