Active directory user/pass creation

Is there some type of software that creates usernames and passwords for you in your active directory so you won't have to do it one by one?  I also need them to roam.

here's a commercial product.

But you can also do this by scripting things in WSH.  I've done it before, but it's been quite a while.
Use the addusers command from the Windows 2000 Resource Kit.  It takes a CSV file which you could create in Excel and can create the following attributes

UserName, FullName, Password, Comment, HomeDriveAndPath, Profile, Script
