Username missing from header when email is printed

I am having a problem with several users printing thier emails. When they are printed, the users name does not appear as the header. Example:

John Doe

Email text

I have checked various settings, but have not been able to find a solution. Most of the information I find is that the attachment is not showing in the email. This however, is the user name not appearing.

What version of Outlook u have ?

Wild guess. Do you have word as default email editor. If yes , turn it off and check printing

Any chance this is occurring exclusively with HTML formatted messages?
Surprised to see only username missing as apposed to the entire header. What exactly u mean by username ?

We are currently using Outlook XP\2002, and I have tried changing from the editor being Word, to text, to html. It does not seem to matter which one it is done in. It is occurring on sent and received messages, not draft messages.
What type of email account are you using?  Is it a POP3/SMTP account?  Since this only affects messages that have been sent or received I am assuming this is an email account setting.

If you open the email account properties look at what the user name field says.  If it doesn't say the persons first and last name change it to be so.

Since this isn't affecting draft items I'm assuming it's not the profile name, but you can check that as well (control panel -> mail icon) and see if the profile is named as the person.  But again, since this is only affecting sent/received items I am assuming this is information being pulled from the user's name in the email account.

Please delete question. Problem ended up being a corrupt print driver. I deleted and recreated the printer on the server, and the problem was corrected.
