C++ to Java conversion porting

My customer wants several applications written in C++ to be converted to Java.  The C++ code is basically math, database access, and sql.  Little gui's are involved.  My question is does anyone know of any conversion utilities that are available.  Or does anyone have any guidance on how to approach the conversion.
