Using CryStal Report, I started Printing BarCode, using Free 3 of 9 Extended Font.
The page setup is
Top : 0.65
left : 0.10
Botttom 1.01
Right 0.01

Print Setup
Label size is 2.25 *3.00.

While Printing the label, there is a skip between each printing of a label.
The skipped label is printed with a single ascill character. And the Printed ascill label is  is wasted.

Need Assistance on this.

Sounds like the report is bigger than the label or a field in the report is slightly wider than the report.

thanks for your reply, But the solution given by you for the above did not solved the problem, I checked for the paper size and the font size even still it skips while printing. It is very must that skip should be eliminated at any cost.  The font accomodate exaclty the length and it reads very fine at the scanner, and all the process goes well.

So I request you all to suggest me.

Warm regards

I didn't notice it before bit if you gave the correct margins, many printers cannot handle right and left margins that small.  It is a hardware limitation and may be getting changed by the printer driver.  If that is the case and the text field is full width then it may be larger than the printer can handle thus the skip.
