IHATESPAM issue

I have 2 PC's running IHATESPAM ver. 4.0.430 (the latest).  They get an error upon PC bootup that sispamfilterengine.exe has caused a problem.  The event ID is 1000 and the error in the event log is:

Faulting application sispamfilterengine.exe, version 1.0.0.228, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000d189.

Once you hit Don't Send to the error on the screen - it seems to run fine.  I can't figure out how to stop this error upon bootup - nothing on any site.

I have about 10 PC's running this and 2 have had this issue just recently.  I've run Adaware and Spybot - both PC's are clean and all PC's are setup similar as well has make and model (Dell's)

Any Ideas?
