error Invalid column name

I am getting the following

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

Invalid column name 'aharrison'.

/webpublishing/publishing/Admins/unassigned_tasks_c.asp, line 151

from this, I know that User_Name is valid and it is passing the name of the publisher what am I doing wrong

strSQLstmt2 = "Select * From WebPublishing.dbo.Users where User_Name =" &  strPublisher

    Try to change the sql statement;

    strSQLstmt2 = "Select * From WebPublishing.dbo.Users where User_Name = '" &  strPublisher & "'"

    are you using a third party app to connect to the database?

    why the webpublishing.dbo.users - is this the name of the table?
