The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

I have a problem in my server, the server is restarting by itself and giving error: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000003, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf1e12917). I searched the internet for an answer but my luck was on vacation.
Please help.

Could be a HW error like a failing disk or something.. does your eventlog give some relevant info about the time around the failure?

When windows crashes, a minidump is written to folder \windows\minidump. Attach the minidump in any webspace and I will study the dump and tell you who is culprit.

It does not matter as I am not hunting for points. Knowledge is more than points.
