From the Component menu, select "Install ActiveX Control" and select the ActiveX control that is related to the Lotus123 control that you want to use. Maybe you need to ADD the control to the list first. Just click Add and browse for the Lotus123 executable or one of it's DLL's. (I don't know which one has the control so you will have to guess.)
If this doesn't work, you could use a similar approach with the Project menu and selecting "Import Type Library". This is done for COM objects that are non-visible. And again, if you can't find it here, you might have to add it yourself.

Never really got any of this to work, however I know Workshop Alex knows his stuff so here are the points.
