Javascript Mouseover Issues

The navigation images (which have a DOM rollover effect on them) on this site will occasionally not show up. What's causing this?

It seems to work fine with:
Netscape - newsletter.htm has a top margin issue
Firefox
Opera
AOL and IE 6

Also it could be a Browser caching issue, set the page to NOT cache.

Looking at your page I noticed you havent correctly resized your images.  You should resize the image to the size you are going to display the image at.

You could take out 40,000 bytes of data out of this image and it would still look the same,
