Wnat to change the Hostname and Domain name on 2003 SBS server.

We have setup a 2003 SBS server for one company who does not need it now. We have another company we can use it for but would need to set up with their naming convention.
Is there an easy way to change the Hostname and Domain Name on the server.
It was not used at all and only a few accounts were setup in AD. Exchange was setup on the server. Or would this be easier to just rebuild the server again with the right naming connvention?
Any help would be great help.

I figured that we going to have to rebuild the server, which is not a big deal since it was not used yet online.

Thanks,
