asked on

reset color in bash terminal

When I run a certain program it changes the font color of the terminal I'm starting it from. When the program exits it does not change the color back. Is there some way to reset or reload the original colors? I'm using bash.
thanks.

reset output only the message "Erase is delete." and nothing else. I checked the man pages but I couldn't find any option that would do it.
