Event logs emailed
My company looks after several networks generally with one to two servers either 2000 server or 2003 server. What I would like to do is have the event logs from each server emailed to us each morning and also possibly the nt backup log and the Symantec Corporate 9 logs. I would assume there is a way to do this with scripting or a piece of software. Any ideas or suggestions.

CFI LanGuard is a great tool! I was actually looking at this to replace NetIQ emailing because that is not NetIQ's strongest use.
I would also choose a vendor instead of a in-house written script. Just to avoid troubleshooting and support of the script.

I do not know what your budget is, but I use NetIQ Appmanager to do this. Of course, it offers alot more features than just emailing event logs. With NetIQ, you can do just about anything to a server you want to. I've heard that MOM is an equivilent to NetIQ.
