anyone know where i can find a program external NOT INTEGRATED so i can put all my code i like into it ?
and use for programming just by click and dragging into a editor and it will paste into the box...?

i want to store important code snippets i have for use with any text editor where i can drag and drop into my editor even notepad if i want or email ?
should just have simple paste routine in it ?
didnt know if anyone knew of such a program
