Connection denied - The server you connected to have different name
I have successfully Dialed up to my Domino server to replicate my mailbox. However, the replication failed with error "Connection Denied. The server you connected to have different name than the one requested. Failed Notes_Server/MSB <datestamp>"
Here is the excerpt from the log
Called system Admin/MSB
Counts since the beginning of the current connection:
19200 Bit per second connection (port speed)
33600 Bit per second connection (carrier speed)
1 Currently active sessions
4 User messages sent
4 User messages received
232 User bytes sent
218 User bytes received
0 Retransmitted packets
0 CRC errors detected
0 Port errors detected
When I traced the server after successfully dialed up, I get :
"Conection denied. You requested server Admin/MSB but connected to Notes_Server/MSB." Subsequently, "NDS is running" and client crashed.
What is causing this? Pls help.

Check your phone call log, see if it dialed the number you expected, then check to see that really is teh correct number.

Thanks Hemanth, somehow after recreating all the related connection documents the problem seems to go away. At the same time I also found that the NOTES.INI settins KeyFileName=Admin which I thought it should be my ID instead. Does that contribute to the fact the it connected to server Admin? I had that changed to my ID name at the same time. That's why I was not sure which one actually resolved it.
Yes, It could have contributed.. if the connection doc is set for a particular user id.. and not for everyone (*)
