Cannot log into Cisco Pix 501 PDM - neex explanation of console command

I found an article that had the same problem as myself but I do not undertand the reply:

I'm new to cisco and have spent all day and not done much.
What is the command in hyperterminal for allowing access to the PDM programme via IE when you have just changed the cisco 501 inside IP to 192.168.0.1 and the machine you'r trying to connect from has 192.168.0.2
