Zen Volatile Dynamic Local User, will this work?

How would you solve this?

We are installing XP machines at remote sites.  These workstations can be shared by 100 users or more.   Right now we are manually creating local user accounts for every NDS account that will be using the workstation.  Our security dept. has mandated unique local accounts for every user.  We cannot use a generic account, and we cannot bypass the windows login.  We've already proposed this.

Managing these local user accounts is a huge job and we don't have the staff to keep on the road doing this.  To add to the problem, the users may not login to any workstation for a few months, so they forget their passwords.

We have ZfD 4.  I was thinking volatile DLU accounts, roaming profiles, and storing all data on their home directories might solve the problem.   We'll have to look at the disk space, I don't know how large these roaming profiles may get.  Any other issues I should consider?

and what if a user disconnects before logoff (in case of a power blackout, or disconnecting a CTX session)? Is there a fix for this?
