Unable to view computers in local P2P network but am able to search and access computers by IP address

Hi, for some reason I am not able to view all the computers in my local workgroup. When ever I attempt to browse the network  is shows only 2 or 3 computers (there is 5 on the network)  If I use the "Search for Computers" it is able to pull up any computer that I specify.
I am using Windows XP Pro on 4 systems and XP home on 2 with Service Pack 2 on all systems.
I also have all the latest Virus updates and Adware/Spyware/Mallware etc:
The are all connected to the internet through one system which has ICS enabled and Fire walled using the new Windows SP2 firewall.

It happened about the same time I installed SP2 so I thought it might be related to that but when I plugged my laptop into the network it did the same thing ( the laptop does not have SP2 installed yet).
Any ideas?

Thanks, Jake

Hi Nick,

#1  Fire walls are all turned off except for the ICS comp. It has file and packet sharing checked in the exceptions.

DNS Suffix are all the same...
I have posted an ipconfig here. I am not very familiar with networking and I noticed the there is no "Primary DNS Suffix". Is that normal? The internet works great on all the systems.

Next up I would make sure that the QoS packet sevice is installed.  To do this r-click on your LAN under network connections, then click install, then servrvice, select QoS.  It might take a minute to propagate the workgroup list.  If QoS is already installed (which is usually the case) point the WINS of the other machines to the ICS comp's IP address.

Ah Ha! Bingo.

As I was checking the QoS Packet Service I noticed that ALL connections had a secure mark... As it turns out they were all fire walled, even the LAN.
So I manually turned off fire walling on the Fire wire, Dial-Up and LAN, - Restarted the system and Presto! They are all there.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Sorry about the mess-up on the points there guys. You were both a great help and I would like to split these points.
