How to limit a remote desktop user to use only one system on the network?

I need to let an accounting consultant into our network from time to time.

I want her to VPN in and then use remote desktop to get to a designated PC where all of her stuff is currently set up.

I want to limit her access to only one pc on the network.  If some one gets a hold of her username and password, they could log onto the system and run remote desktop to get to other systems.

What's the reccomended way to prevent someone from doing this?

Thanks in advance!
