How to transfer the signal from PC to TV? What Video Card? What transmitter?

I'd like to setup a wireless network to transfer the movies from the computer to TV Set. I'd need an advice for selecting the right:
1. Video Card (with RCA and S-Video, I believe).
2. Device to transfer/receive the signal (there's something called Leapfrog, but I don't know if it's good, and don't know the right model).

I really don't need the fastest, the best Video Card, just something decent which would work with my computer (I have just 900 MHz Dell OptiPlex).
Any advice is welcome.

Any video card with a s-video will do. All you need is a device similar to Wireless TV Link With IR Control - compatible with S-Video.
