If its WinXP then do two things!<br />
open IE&gt;Tools&gt;Internet Options&gt;Programs and make sure the Mail Client is set to Outlook<br />
then right click on Start button&gt;Properties&gt;Customiz<wbr />e&gt;and make sure that for E-Mail, Outlook is selected<br />
Restart and now check if same issue still ??

Email is not an option when you right click Start button. Also Outlook is selected for IE but greyed out. This may have something to do with permissions or group/local policies.<br />
Are there any other ways to check/change this setting such as registry?

hmmm then may be you can try the suggestions given here by Ramesh, it will reset the Send To&gt;Mail Recipient back to OE!<br />

Hmm that didn't do it either. Another thing that that occurs is if you choose a file to &quot;Send to &gt;&nbsp; Email Recipient&quot; the file will be renamed with a &quot;^&quot; after the executable name
