Strange File Names
I have a bunch of files with names using lots of squareboxes and foreign characters that I cannot delete. I get an error msg:
"Cannot delete: Cannot Read from the Source file or Disk".
How can I get rid of them. I have both files and folders.

They are on an External HD. I have not tried anything more than a normal delete at this point.
