flpydisk.sys is corrupted when loading w2k from boot disks

I have two old sager lappers in our shop that we use for training. I'm relaoding the OS and can not get the CDROM to work when in DOS. I fdisked the HD and tried to switch to the cdrom drive to run setup.exe but it can not find the drive. I tried switching the boot device to cdrom drive but get a message that there is no bootable cd, so I made boot disks and tried that way. when I get to the 4th disk I get the above message and setup terminiates. Any ideas? oh, the cdroms do work. I checked before I started the process.

Been done, over and over again but I will try one more time just for you Steve. :)
LOL, if it's been done (on a different machine than it was before)
where are  youo getting the floppy images? using a cd to create them?
try bootdisk.com (the cd may be corrupt)
Man this is a tough one :)
Steve, I did it both ways. bootdisk.com and the CD. Yea, this is causing me all sorts of greef. All I wanted to do was reload these guys and clean them up. If only.......
got NIC's? a network bootdisk and share the install files?
I got an updated BIOS from Sager techsupport so all is well. I split the points. Thanks guys.......
Thanks!
