Im wanting to build a cheap DIY Barcode Wand,<br />

I have infrared emitter and receiver (used in a industrial robot for following white lines)<br />
I have PICs<br />
I have standard components (resisters, transistors, ICs etc)<br />

Its for a low budget project that im doing.<br />
