trying to use dumpchk in XP, can't read file

I keep getting  "DebugClient cannot open DumpFile - error 80070002"

I REALLY need to view this dump file so I can determine where my problem lies.

Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi stevejensen,

Checking through the MS site that error code seems to be linked with file access failures. Double check your path or use the command as follows:

dumpchk c:\(path)\dumpfile.dmp

How to Use Dumpchk.exe to Check a Memory Dump File

I hope this helps, best of luck.
