"A required DLLfile.PSAP.DLL not found" can I down load this file from somewhere?
I cannot download a necessary upgrade for earthlink email. I am getting "Dialup.DLL linked to missing TAP132.DLL LineGetCountryA" Can this be corrected with a down load of the TAP132 file and where can I find same???

can you get those files from earthlink? maybe on another system..
Are you sure its not TAPI32.DLL and not TAP132.DLL? (the differnce is the 1 vs the I after the TAP)?

It looks like an I, but without any top and bottom marks. Also, no marks to indicate a one. Only a straight verticle line.
It also informs me that I have Windows 95, yet I got the laptop with windows 2000???? All this has been happening since I discontinued a microsoft download sometime back.
In adddition, to answer nobus, Earthlink sent me to this site. They could not help.
I also had the trojan virus that has been removed but might have damaged some areas of the hard-drive.

well, if all else fails, you can do a clean install. What happens when you try to reinstall?

Well, I puchased PC Mighty Max, it advised me that there were over 300 errors. I then downloaded the fixer 3 times. Each time rebooting as requested and came back to all the same errors even though Mighty Max informs me the errors are fixed. No luck yet.
